I think that news has to be created and in light of the past published pr lies they need lawyers to cover them now. We don't need to be rocket scientists to see this.

three times news has appeared as the stock hit the .015 range, each time bringing it into the .025-.03 range only to see it fall back down.

that being said, it's a fair bet that if you buy here under .015 you'll be able to flip for something substantial, after all the "trustees" (note that float and OS are apparantly the same, meaning there are no trustees or inside shareholders) love it when the stock continues on a historical pattern.
