Tell me the re-listing requirements for a company that never fell below the minimal requirements and VOLUNTARILY de-listed.

From what I can tell, they are the same as a company that was involuntarily de-listed, or one that had never been listed in the first place. $4 share price, along with other metrics that FnF easily meet. Go to this site, click "NYSE Initial Listing Standards", then look at the second table on page 2.

If you have some evidence stating something contrary, please provide it.
