I think the authors numbers are a bit skewed. Frost doesnt own 400,000,000 shares of the 665,000,000 total OS. He is at around 40% so there is a little bit more “wiggle” room than mentioned. It does however become i creasingly harder and harder for them to cover when he keeps sucking up shares weekly.

In any event Im sure when all the dust settles Frost and Cuban will be sipping fine cognac over a nice a nice cohiba someday on Star Island, at least to Frost this is a future possibility.
