Profitability would certainly be nice, but they are pretty close. Also, any potential acquirer knows they can immediately improve efficiency through their bottling and distribution networks. They are going to be much more interested in top line revenue, reach (number of stores), re-order stats, etc. That said, WTER has performed much better than its peers because they have generated the revenue they have with a very limited marketing budget. A big beverage company could come in and blow the doors off in my opinion.
