I think Spencer may have underestimated how involved getting the proper transformers figured out and priced etc. Remember he had to deal with the building owner and electrician and utility company. Dealing with permits and everything could be a pain in the ass. I could see an inexperienced computer geek having difficulties with that whole scenario. Once this up and running will be where his expertise are and that is computers. I bet the build outs on the next four factories will go much smoother and everything is easier when you have cash coming in from operations to pay bills.
