Andrew DeVries (formerly of NANNACO, a public company) is his buddy, they're together often (from what I hear), and DeVries never ever ever told Petar what it's like to have to answer to shareholders of a public company???! They don't talk? lol Not to mention, it sounds to me like DeVries found out first-hand how demanding it is to be public, due to the situation Nannaco was in while he was involved.
