PSTI hasn't dosed 40 patients.
Or maybe they have. We don't know.

PSTI doesn't dose patients. They supply the drug. They do not have the power to order a hospital to get cracking and get those damn cells into patients. I suspect PSTI is also frustrated. If PLX-PAD is an effective therapy we will know it, sooner or later (the latter being a month or two).
