Given Ed Sylvan’s record, as evidenced by his history of tweets, my question is simply...would you represent somebody like Ed Sylvan, with his well documented history of tweets, in a court of law against charges of ...stock fraud .?
At what point is it so obvious that a DA and their investigatory findings would decide to proceed or reject the requisite testimony?
So...Cayo...we all want a good outcome here...but alas, i have given up...when do we , all of us posters on this board, get a RULE OF LAW?
