I doubt the new distribution company has any intentions of registering, footing the bill or ever sellng a product in a foreign country. As you know, this is a sham.

And by making it the responsibility of the distributin partner WHEN this NEVER happens, the Chief EXCUSE Officer of DECN will simply plead "Not my fault, my partner let me down!"

Doubtless there will be some way for DECN to channel money OUT to the distribution partner (rather than the other way round, as is more traditionally the case) and doubtless some of this DECN disbursement will get funnelled back to Berman and his accomplices via some indirect and non transparent means, while DECN shareholders are left to accumulate ever increasing losses funded with ever ballooning equity dilutions, on the back of ever more fevered stock pumps!

Tried and tested method. Unlike Genviro. Which is still neither tried nor tested.
