Moving to a trading platform other than the Grey Market has nothing whatsoever to do with getting "everything updated and switch over"! The SEC Trading Suspension process is very clear and very well defined. COHO is the ticker symbol and this ticker symbol has been relegated to the Grey Market. PERIOD!

The SEC and OTC don't care about any new players! COHO is a publicly traded company. Shareholders own the public company that trades using the ticker symbol COHO! In the eyes of the SEC and OTC nothing has changed!
