I would agree that Leo needs to keep every avenue open:).. not out of desperation.. but necessity.

Even a small trial in another Country would light a fire.. from the publicity alone..

I am confident that the U.S. Government will eventually take the lead..

but naysayers are underestimating BIG TIME how many different directions significant news can come from..
