The Ask is for sellers...not buyers... that 450K at the ASK is someone trying to sell...if you put a buy in for 450K at 0039 they will give it to you at the bid price, the cheaper price... they all go by best price available...

So we need that seller to lower is amount, break it up into 3 different sells...0039 004 and 0041
