Sorry to say, but from a pragmatic perspective the near-term COHO shareholder situation is a trainwreck. When COHO is revoked by the SEC, one could argue the COHO shares will be virtually worthless.

BTW, I see long-time OTC scammer Paul Strickland was appointed to be one of the three members of the COHO Board of Directors. If Strickland is involved, it is NOT GOOD! Grabbing or "buying" Board seats of OTC shells is Strickland's modus operandi and always ends badly for the shareholders! The list of Strickland-associated company corpses is lengthy!
