If you had done your DD on this ticker, you would know this is not that one in a million exception on the common stinky pinky rule. It's typical P&D textbook with a lot of rehash fluff fake PR's. And many, many, many shares dumped on the market (and still to go).
I don't need a fortune teller on this one to see where it is headed. Guaranteed no bid soon and next reversed split on the horizon.
