Kim is going to do what is good for the company i.e KIM (KIM is the company),
As things stand at the moment an aggressive R/S is on the way. There is no reason to believe that he can or is interested in growing the Share Price "organically".
There is nothing to support or justify an increase in the current share price, We are on our way down to 0.16 or lower in the next week or two.
The quiet period means no news.

It makes no difference to him whether the ratio is 10:1 or 40:1
The result of an aggressive R/S will effectively be the "demise" of the small shareholders who will be wiped out.

Mass production and sales revenue alone would be enough to get this to grow organically. Kim prefers the transgenic approach because the company probably needs cash. Without a mass produced product, the company can’t generate cash on its own (yet), so it must get cash from outside sources in order to eat and continue to live. IMHO

What on earth makes you think there will be a 1:40 KBLB RS? Please ignore the noise. It is making you come up with very improbable scenarios. The worst and I mean the absolute worse we will see is a 1:15. Relax, take a deep breath, and let this play out over the next few weeks. GO KBLB JMHO
