Mets, I would like to add, that we should be getting a PR tomorrow morning with some solid revenue projections. 2 loans are now confirmed done. The UPS loan, and a loan with a Nigerian Bank. I do not know which bank it is. These loans will completely cover the cost of construction and equipemnt for the new factory.

The new convertible will cover the Alembic repayment, and the provide working capital to go along with cash generated from sales until the new factory is done.

With Chassman out of the way now, the sell preasure should be gone, and the PPS should begin to move up to fair value. I beleive this to be around $0.15 per share at this time.
