Few questions since SI has just been recently discussed as being important...

What is the max SI that can be assigned to a drug?

Is the SI related to the 97% effectiveness in Epithelia cells ? In other words would it matter if the SI was 10 or 200 as long as it was effective?

If important, then why haven't we heard about SI with the other trials? Is it only pertinent with Viruses?
