The way I look at it is this. Govt did so many illegal/unconstitutional things they needed the patriot act to cover it up.
SCOTUS will see alllll the dirty laundry. The best remedy for cockroaches is a bright shining light. There’s a reason the govt does not want this case to be heard.

We just lost Washington Federal. Obviously not good for FNMA Commons :-(

But this is a semi-win for Jr. Preferreds as it's one less case that needs to be settled in order to get our Conversion :-D
