Judge's ruling allowed their request to go private and Windstream notified SEC of such doing to delist from trading upon exit of bankruptcy.
Debt of creditors was settled by Elliott and not by common shares being canceled cuz common shares r still trading. Why r common shares still trading, figure it out
Once again, where in Judge's ruling it even mentions about common shares ?
He can't cuz common shares weren't affected to settle debt.
