A much bigger issue is the fact that tens of millions of the newly printed recently issued DECN shares were supposedly "Restricted".

Check it out in Berman's half-assed financial report. All the newly issued shares show as being "Restricted"! Funniest thing! These supposedly "Restricted" DECN shares appear to have hit the open market before the ink on the newly printed certificates was even dry!

Also take note that Page 3 of linked financial report was not updated to show DECN's Outstanding Share count at the end of the quarter, i.e. March 31, 2020. It still shows the amount on December 31, 2019! This is just one more example of Berman's share price pumping misrepresentations!
