it does not matter, DLCR stock valuation is higher with CBD diversification, folks who do not figure this out will be in for a shocking move, DLCR will fly high!.......too much redundant discussion is waste of time...

all the OTC stocks or other stocks go through dilution, not a big deal when the management works hard and do their job right!....DLCR is doing it right!
