Medicare approval and then we launch was the big push last few weeks.
Now it's back to waiting on the SEC filings? LMAO

Doc physically told someone YEARS ago filings in a month.
Then months later said 95% complete.
Then we heard working on 100% of the time.

Now fast forward years and still waiting on filings.
What does SEC even care for? He filed to deregister didn't he?
Isn't it OTC he needs to file with and make happy?

Can doc even file anything with the SEC when the company name is wrong?

Doesn't FINRA need to approve name change before UNVC can become Univec Conglomerate Inc. ?

Last week was Medicare approval and we are now waiting for SEC filings to be approved and then it's showtime.
