Exactly chiflow! It's very clear. Other similar cases have been stayed and waiting for our case to set a precedent. They are all claiming the same or similar abuses. There are over 30 other companies waiting to sue EMA. The judge chose our case as one of the best examples and stayed the rest temporally as there are so many. These charges are so egregious and numerous that the criminal monetary penalties are 3 times the crime. Add buying back our shares they stole times 3, monetary damages, attorneys fees times 2 and numerous other penalties. They also have government maximum required insurance.
