Yeah I’m thinking EMA will be just fine. I do Nt believe VYST has a chance at winning this.
In their own words they knew exactly who they were getting funds from and signed the doc and took the money.
I think EMA will prevail in the end because you don’t get to say I didn’t know what I was signing in the end
