Without MSMY news how or why do people come here and get trapped? Jump in with no DD as company at moment isn't in good position regardless of what some are trying to make it seem like....Marurek pretty much private and surviving off govt PPP....niche MJ service company with no funding?

IMO CEO has basically turned a blind eye to pubco and going about his private ways running his business.
CEO easily could have loaned money to keep current WHICH tells me there is ALOT MORE TO IT then he has explained (said using funds elsewhere WTF ).
DISCREPENCIES in financials is always a dead giveaway and majority reason companies are in default
Accountants revisions as private and pubco ledgers completely different Can't get a Lawyer to write YE attorney letter ! !
