With all do respect, the disinformation campaign that marking company embarked upon was widespread for years. Highly unlikely the doj would bring criminal charges against Mark and Company if they didn't have substantial evidence to substantiate the charges. I will concede that Mark will get his day in court, but the insurmountable evidence against him but the instrumental evidence against him is overwhelming. You of all ppl should recognize that. That letter to shareholders was intentionally to deceive investors, and string them along for yet another year. Not one of those top priorities where ever met on that entire letter. More than likely, even in Liberal California, the judge will see right through that. I hope to God it was one of the judges that was appointed by Trump.
