Except neither “merger” nor “buyout” has been mentioned by the company. As I’ve said before, SPRV needs to connect the dots instead of us trying to do the connecting on speculative information.

Seems unlikely, that anyone would want to Merge with or Buyout a company, that is hiding it's financials???
(And, that's not even mentioning, the 13 BILLION shares outstanding.)
