The market makers determine the BID/ASK by pre market orders... Someone had a .388 bid and a seller adjusted there's... It sold back to .34 because of no demand below the first few trades, most likely a market sell order... The OTC market is a trap like this all-the-time... Why Leo should focus on leaving but that will need a reverse split. So its the evils of 2 to choose from...
It was based on relatively few shares traded. Like I was saying, it would take only 1-2 prominent investors to propel this thing to the moon. Not sure why Leo hasn't found any big buyers, but maybe that will come out in a later news release?
