No Problem with the question.

I find it is really hard to get news on the news!!!

The Bankruptcy Bill is a great example.

It is a good bill, but everyone says it penalizes the poor. That is wrong. The Bill is only aimed at the upper half of the median incomes in each state. Anyone in the lower half can file a Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy and get it done.

There is a means test for the upper half of wage earners, and if the have the ability to pay back some, then there is no Chapter 7.

Go Figure!!!
