Maybe they are awaiting initial feedback from NASDAQ before executing in the R/S. I mean, if the whole purpose of the R/S is to achieve a minimum share price to uplist, why do that unless you know for sure that you need to? I don’t know. I just think Kim and Jon expected to be producing silk in Vietnam by now and I wouldn’t be surprised by anything that happens or doesn’t happen right now. IMHO
