I think we will see the filing soon and then the procedures necessary for the STOP sign to come down....just managing the assets and money I think

The company continues to do well as opposed to so many small emerging companies in the period of the unknown and that will be shown in the filings being official...they are already posted on web site i believe.

I know for a fact that issue is being dealt with, it cost around 10 grand to pay the Accountant and fees to become current and in this pandemic cash position is very important. I do believe to get new players to buy the stock we need to have that removed soon.
Please note this company does need to sell stocks to keep the door open being a real business with income. But the CEO is aware that PPS is important for the future. He knows the goal is to get this above a penny and then get off the pinks and being on OTC QB or QX. I have no problem at that point for the company to issue new shares to the OWNER CEO because it will be well deserved.

nvhsb, I have said all along it is puzzling for CEO NOT to have kept MSMY current status..I mean surely CEO could have loaned the company 10K to pay accountant...if its profitable WHY not use money then..doesn't add up !

SO IMO as a retired bean counter it doesn't pass the smell test...so obviously cant get a lawyer to write attorney letter for YE is an issue.

Means discrepancies in financials.(Public and Private are done differently)

Bizarre CEO would post anything on web site that wasn't validated by lawyer/accountants...SEC doesn't like that as like a false news release misleading investors.

BUT UNTIL current this doesnt go anywhere but as a flipper and last one out loses IMO !

ITS NOT shorts, cant uplist, cant get new ticker symbol, cant get funding

what CEO states they have funding...2 options and then it goes south..WHY state it....not very smart !
