No but for the love of God get E-Trade. I've never once in 10 years had a problem buying any stock I mean any!!!

E trade is great for penny stocks . you can do a money transfer and be up and running tomorrow .

TD is your best bet for penny stocks. E trade will also prevent u from buying if a stop sign.
