Don’t count on it. They’re a foreign issuer so they only have to put out a 20-F form once a year. The last one dates back from April 10 this year so I wouldn’t expect any earnings until next year. And yeah the reverse split was approved at their annual meeting on May 29 so it’s definitely coming.
