So how long will the $82 million Nano Factory take once its foundation gets laid? Sure they claimed that they were doing off site prefab last year but that's a completely different budget.

as long as it gets taken care of.

Seems logical at this point that they invested too much to abandon it now, the commitment remains along with it the possibility of its completion no mater when that might be.

It is amazing how politicians find money they don't have to pay for infrastructure that provides employment near election times.
