I seriously doubt ANY judge would rule in favor of fraud.

Let’s see what happens in Texas when you take away home field advantage from Apple. So far I reviewed a few of Apples other cases in Texas and it’s not looking too good for Apple there. The judge seems to care about patent owners! Should be interesting..
