How is max dilution only 8 ml shares? With today’s obvious dilution, the OS is over 1.5bln shares....EACH note holder can convert 5% or 75ml daily....they usually have a look back period 20-30 days where they can convert at 50% of the lowest closing or traded price during that period....which means the conversions are no more than .005 most likely....unless there is some other formal overriding agreement in place, that’s how this usually works....
