Yes, Frio. As explained to me: VPLM, when making suit, has to sue all subsidiaries of a company like t. VPLM did and then centered the the lawsuit on the portion of t which was appropriate.
The t dismissal was of the subsidiaries not to be party to the lawsuit. All else moving forward. It's a non-event.
When I first was the dismissal, saw it was specifically t, I thought there might be something, licensing/settlement, in the works... Not to be, at least at this point.
