Country, with regards to the S-1, Someone posted within the past week that "they knew for a fact that the S-1 has not even been filed for yet". Hate to say it but with all the digging I have been doing, there would be no reason for it to not be a public filing with the SEC and, accordingly, there would be something showing in an SEC Edgar search. They may know what they are talking about.
I posed a question to Kona Investor Relations today and received a reply back that, to me defies logic, as it is a total reversal of info that has previously been provided. I will not get into the details of my question because on their response it specifically states that the information provided is confidential and can not be shared without their permission. (standard clause at the bottom of their email responses but I believe it is important to abide by their request.)
I am personally convinced that their recent lack of dissemination of information is for specific reasons and only hope the wait I have been through here will ultimately be worth it. Been here over 2 years.
