Lol. Only if someone is manipulating the price down. Maybe we should have these charts anazlyed more closely and have the SEC examine the marker bids for manipulation.. That'd be the only reason I can see for it. They certainly aren't annoucing any split with that kind of information coming out. They just sold some major stock holder 139 MILLION shares.. They'd be mighty angry to see a split don't you think?

Someone has been manipulating the BID and OFFER now for at least a couple of hours.. That certainly does need SEC attention..
