I think his point is: We are now in July 2020, which is the beginning of the 3rd quarter of 2020.
And we still have not seen the financials relating to the 4th quarter (and full year) of 2019.

3rd quarter started July 1. We're now a week into 3rd quarter and we're still waiting on financials from 2019. Whatever your take is on that aside, we're now closer to the end 4th quarter of 2020 than we are to the end of 4q 2019.
