Yes, hopefully. Shell risk has been gone though and really doesn't mean much especially with stop sign still up. No filings usually mean something to hide. Claimed corona was excuse to extend which is fine since all the work involved getting things together. But, should have filed by now, even though I don't think it's even required with OTC? Least let people who are investing in YOU, yes YOU because I don't think anyone here would have bought a single share had LB not been involved.
I'm still holding strong and awaiting. I did say come back next year though. Less you don't mind selling out before the real magic happens?
Maybe SEC is behind with all the paperwork from all the companies? We'll find out pretty soon though.
