I haven’t read HC report but, if those are the analyst words... it’s definitely the first time I’ve ever seen the word used by an analyst.
IMO, the use of such a word in the context of the sentence in your post is inappropriate/irresponsible by the analyst as i believe it sensationalizes the position and potentially evokes an emotional response from a potential investor.
