The chart OBV shows no dilution. Assuming most/all June O/S 300M was accumulated into the treasury. May be currently unreported restricted shares added in relation to the ongoing JV. I calculated in May estimated float size was 910M and the OBV is still flat from all of June.
This JV is turning into an auditing nightmare to accommodate new Insiders and affiliated Partners , IMO
