Well...I've got news for ya. The highest the OS can be, WORST case scenario, is 380 million shares. WORST case. With all of the convertible notes converting at $0.001 which wasn't and isn't possible anymore unless they take it all the way back down to $0.0013...ain't gonna happen, sports fans...notes are just about DONE.
