sounds like a company with proof they can do what they say they can....also sounds like a private placement and not a public offering...whch means, no one had to be sold on their potential...their potential is obvious...
unfortunately, that is not kblb's situation...
I know a company called bolt threads who "have disruptive tech, have only put out a few prototypes and haven’t got mass production in place."
they have obtained $200 mil in financing...yet everyone on this board laughs at them...
