bonus share was not FREE share, there is a cost basis attached to it.. right?
Lets say you bought 100 shares at $10 (total cost = $1000.00) with 1:1.42 conversion.. After the conversion you got 142 shares at cost basis of $1000.00 Thats $7.04 ...

I dont think $HOFV will go below $7.00 since ts has been trading at and above $10 and for months now..
