Seems like somebody is quietly and slowly building a position? Idk why so slowly, but this was a mining stock, still has a mining name, and mining is a hot sector right now.
Maybe someone speculating? Share structure has been updated a couple of times as well.
I'll stop short of saying something is up, but there is definitely some sort of interest coming from somewhere.
