Liable; If you are still a shareholder complaining to the SEC at this time is not going to help! I understand your frustration as many here share it but sending a bunch of complaints to the SEC will do what? Stop trading? That's sure going to help shareholders.

Plenty of time to get the SEC involved if needed. Wayne and Ed aren't going anywhere and actually live in the USA!

Complaining now isn't going to help one bit!

Wow, away for a day thinking the worst was behind us after the supposed divy sell-off and now this? Unbelievable! I think that Liable's actions are appropriate considering the repetitive false and misleading information that has been released in the press releases all "in the best interest of shareholders" I don't think Mr. Hayter and his Ex-WEINer Securites COO Wayne can hide behind any "Safe Harbor Statements" on this.
