I call BS on Minsky leaving, and on Minsky putting ANY deal together. He’s been a failure, plain and simple.

Where’s the app? Is the monkey club dissolving? What are the details to this supposed LOI? How much dilution will occur? He’s tried diluting the stock in the past, don’t see why this will be any different, except maybe now the story will be “hey we’re investing in diapers now!”, so the dilution might be back, sweet!!
