Where does the PR mention no reverse split or are you just assuming he’ll never want to convert any of those preferred shares he accumulated over the years? Skin in the game other than preferred? Insider common position if any would be nice to know too. Maybe he’ll include that in the next PR. No dilution is good of course. Clearly operating with enough to cover burn over the past 4+ years but we knew that. The net on sales is still a mystery.
